Staff and Volunteers
Here at Camp Kaskitowa our mission is to use experiences in nature, the truth of God’s Word, and the strength of relationships to win and develop youth and adults to be leaders for Christ, who will change the world.
It’s our belief here at Camp K that our mission begins with our staff. This is why we are committed to building a staff that is focused on and one minded in Christ. It’s our desire to disciple our staff year round, not just throughout the few months of camp. If you are interested in learning and growing in Christ while using your gifts and abilities to serve Him and others, please take the time to complete our Staff and Volunteer Application.
We are looking for those 18 years old or older who have a heart to disciple others and point them to Christ while doing some of the following activities/jobs…
Male and Female Cabin Leaders
Be with campers 24 hours a day for 4 days, pouring into them the love of Christ.
Waterfront Overseer/Life Guards
Certified individuals to oversee and protect our campers while using the Waterfront.
(Camp K is willing to pay for training and certification)
Health Officer
Certified individual who will be on call 24 hours a day while campers are present.
(Camp K is willing to pay for training and certification)
Program Staff
Creates a fun and exciting environment for our campers, leaders and role models of Christ.
Cook/Assistant Cook
Cooks 3 meals a day for our staff and campers.
Wrangler
A right hand for our Head Wrangler willing to disciple Ranch Hands and point others to Christ.
Our commitment to you is that we will do our best to walk alongside you helping you, encouraging you, and pointing you to Christ as long as the Lord allows our lives to intertwine. We will focus on biblical principles (learning God’s way to live life) and biblical counseling (learning how to help others using God’s Word) to disciple you as well as our campers and guests. In return we are asking for your commitment to serve alongside us in person from June 3rd through August 3rd, 2024 as well as be committed to meeting with us regularly throughout the year to learn and grow in Christ together.
